TERMS OF SALES
These conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by Little Things Créations SRL whose registered office is located at Rue du Wez 31, Vaux-Sur-Sûre 6640 Belgium, registered as a limited liability company Little Things Créations SRL under the number BE 0777.830.132 hereinafter referred to as "the seller" and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website
of the seller, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object
​
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller's site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

The command
Through the online store. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your order, the delivery method and the payment method chosen.
Orders are kept for 7 days pending payment. At the end of this period they will be automatically cancelled.
Items in stock are sent immediately after receipt of payment.
It is always possible to buy items that are not in stock, so it will be a purchase on order with specific deadlines according to the categories. The deadlines are communicated to you after validation and we make every effort to supply you as quickly as possible.
Price
Little Things Créations SRL is a small business subject to VAT. The prices displayed are therefore inclusive of VAT and excluding delivery costs.
The price does not include delivery costs which are calculated thereafter according to the country and the delivery method chosen.
Little Things Créations SRL reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on the site.
However, the price of an item for which the order has been validated cannot under any circumstances be modified.

VAT
​
Little Things Créations SRL is a taxable company and applies the current Belgian VAT rate.

Payment
​
Payment is requested upon validation of the basket.
The methods of payment accepted are:
-the credit card via the online store this method allows immediate casi validation with a secure processing system
-bank transfer / offline payment, this method generates longer delays, the receipt of funds varying from one country to another. The customer is in charge of carrying out the transfer himself.
All orders are shipped immediately after receipt of payment, except for items not in stock. it is last will be shipped from their supply.
delivery/transportation

We ensure deliveries by Bpost and Mondial Relay. A dispatch notification will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched. Delivery rates are those in force by transport companies for the current year. The seller can in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery after the shipment of the goods.
The seller makes sure to pack his products in a secure way to avoid damaging the items during transport. However, in the event of damage caused by the transport company, the seller cannot be held responsible and the customer will not be able to ask for compensation. Customers who wish to operate by a more secure transport system than those proposed such as DHL, CHRONOPOST, this will lead to a modification of the shipping costs which will then be calculated to measure at the time of the request in collaboration with the new partner and on the part of the buyer before sending the goods.

Different means of secure delivery are possible with tracking number, however if you choose non-secure delivery without tracking number, the seller can in no way be held responsible in the event of loss of the package by the carrier.

Return/refund
​
You have the possibility to return the products ordered within 14 days of receipt by applying your right of withdrawal, provided that they have not been worn, washed, retouched, and in general, that they are in perfect condition, labeled and kept in their original packaging. Failing this, the item (or items) cannot be taken back, refunded or exchanged. When we have received and found that the product(s) are in perfect general condition, we will then exchange or refund according to your request. Return/refund the return costs are your responsibility. Return/exchange: the costs of return and new shipment are your responsibility.
In the case of a defect upon receipt of the product (for example: loose tie, damaged product, discolored upon unpacking) the customer can make a complaint by email to littlethings.be@gmail.com by pressing his request to photo help. A confirmation email will be sent with the details necessary for the return. The product will be exchanged (or repaired in the case of jewelry). In this case, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and those of referrals will be borne by Little Things. The jewels are guaranteed for 1 year, see the After-Sales Service and Guarantee section for the conditions.
Modification / Cancellation
Buyers can cancel or modify orders that are not yet paid. Any paid order is therefore validated and will be shipped. The buyer must take care to check the order at the time of the validation of the basket before payment to be able to make a possible modification or cancellation.
Personal data

All personal data necessary for the processing of an order are kept by the seller and can be transmitted to the companies with which the seller collaborate(s), when such communication is necessary for the processing of the order.
The user also authorizes the seller to use this data to establish statistics in order to improve his site, the goods and the service he offers.
This information may also be used to allow the dissemination, by any means of communication, of information relating to the commercial activities of the seller to its customers.
Finally, the seller keeps the personal data to facilitate subsequent orders. The seller agrees for the surplus not to disclose the information it has to another company or another company.
The data kept by the seller can be requested at any time and corrected on request.

Guarantee

With regard to consumers, the seller guarantees the products he sells and the services he provides in accordance with the law of 1 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the event of the sale of consumer goods (articles 1649 bis to 1649 octies of the Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold noted within 2 months of delivery of the goods, the consumer must notify the seller as soon as possible in a precise manner by registered letter or e-mail.
This warranty only covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. Defects or damage due to misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or shock, negligence and wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty. Similarly, repairs carried out by "repairers" not approved by the seller will result in the cancellation of the guarantee.
The invoice or the delivery note act as a guarantee and must be kept by the consumer and produced in the original.
If the product is used for non-private purposes, the manufacturer's/supplier's limited warranty conditions apply.

Intellectual property

All elements of the seller's site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the latter.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the seller.

Litigation

These online sales conditions are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the seller's registered office are competent, except for binding public order provisions.
