Little Things creations are guaranteed for 1 year.
We want our jewelry to accompany you for a long time. That is why
we pay the greatest attention to the quality of materials and the satisfaction of our customers.
Our jewels are accompanied by a guarantee certificate (be sure to keep it in order to present it to us if necessary) as well as a small note indicating the materials as well as the imperatives to take care of your jewel. We hope that our customers will take the greatest care to comply with our recommendations . A jewel must be pampered to withstand life...
Despite our recommendations, if you notice an anomaly, all you have to do is send the jewel back to us for repair. The costs of returning to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer as well as the responsibility for transport. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss by your carrier. Labor and reshipping costs are free. The replacement of missing parts is the responsibility of the customer unless they were defective. If the parts to be replaced are no longer available, we will make you a replacement proposal. During the warranty year, in the event of tarnishing of the materials, we take care of restoring their shine by cleaning them or replacing them if cleaning is not possible (this does not apply to rings of the PEPITES range).
Please note that the warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The repair date does not extend the warranty.
Out of warranty, an estimate will be presented to you for repair.
The repair time will depend on the difficulty and the availability of the components, but we are doing everything we can to get it done as soon as possible.

Important : Be sure to keep your warranty certificate, you will be asked for it to allow verification of the current warranty. Without this certificate we have no means of verifying and therefore no possibility of making your warranty work.

Reminder of the requirements for taking care of your jewellery :
Metals move with time and with the environment. So that your jewel accompanies you for a long time it is important to respect some imperatives: Do not wet it, do not perfume it, remove it for physical activities. And when you are not wearing it, store it in its case away from light and humidity.

Materials for the "nuggets" range :
To limit the risk of allergies and limit the alteration of components, we are careful to use materials that are more resistant to life, such as steel, gold plating and gilding with fine gold.

Materials for the "marvels" range :
To limit the risk of allergies and the alteration of components, Les Merveilles in gold are covered with a layer of 18k gold between 1 and 5 microns or in Gold filled (filled with 14k gold).
Silver Wonders are jewelry either in 925 silver or rhodium.
The metal base for this range can be brass, 925 silver or Gold filled (filled with 14k gold).
