You have the possibility to return the products ordered within 14 days of receipt by applying your right of withdrawal, provided that they have not been worn, washed, retouched, and in general, that they are in perfect condition, labeled and kept in their original packaging. Failing this, the item (or items) cannot be taken back, refunded or exchanged.  When we have received and found that the product (s) is in perfect condition, we will then exchange or refund according to your request. Return/refund the return costs are your responsibility. Return/exchange: the costs of return and new shipment are your responsibility.


In the case of a defect upon receipt of the product (for example: loose fastener, oxidized product, damaged when unpacking) the customer can make a complaint by email to by pressing his request to photo help. A return confirmation email will be sent with the details necessary for the return. The product will be exchanged (or repaired in the case of jewelry) or refunded according to the customer's choice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer  and those of dismissals at the expense of Little Things. However, only items that have not been worn and received at destination for a maximum period of 14 days can be taken into account. Items already worn/used and received for more than 14 days cannot be the subject of a complaint.
